You can only collect your kit after it has been purchased online. To order your test kit, please click order now.

Sample Collection Services

For added convenience, we offer the option to have your samples collected by trained personnel who will assist you with all aspects of the testing process. We offer the option of either a fixed location or mobile collection services (subject to location).

Please note that the DNA Sample collection service is strictly by appointment.

Walk-ins are acceptable only when visiting the premises to buy a kit for your own home sample collection purposes, and where applicable.

Please note that in addition to the cost of the DNA test, there will be an extra charge to see the doctor for sample collection. Should you buy a home collection kit, it is your responsibility to bring it back to the applicable address for testing purposes.

Sample collection services are strictly by appointment. Walk-ins are accepted only for the collection of kits purchased online and for the drop-off of samples.

Important Notice: Clients who wish to use the sample collection services at Bronkhorstspruit or Pretoria MUST purchase their DNA testing kit directly through the EasyDNA South Africa website. The kit will be shipped to the address provided at checkout and must be brought to the appointment.

Please note that the sample collection fee is not included in the test price and must be paid directly to the collection provider.
